Storyboard

Here is my film idea shown through a storyboard


So it starts out with all the broken models, then shows the main model still floating and functioning (Through animation). It has danger from the two cliffs but makes it through the gap and lives.

100 Words - Where I want the project to go


I want my model to have the appeal of a desert ruin, reflecting the heat and emptyness of the scene. I will animate the rings to float around the model in different directions, while the ends of the pillars hover in and out.
For the final film I am thinking of having a simple storyline. It will start with either the model itself or broken/buried versions of it, then perhaps have the model float through the cliffs, narrowly avoiding the rocks that have destroyed previous models.

Introduced model

Managed to fix the error in exporting the model and I have started testing shots for the interim on Friday

Change of Scenery

Started a new level with a desert theme planned. Changed textures, edited the lighting/atmosphere, added rocks, starting to look like a nice scene. Changed the textures on the model to match. First attempt to get model in the scene had some errors that I'm currently trying to fix.
